Responsibilities: 

  • Delightful Client Interactions:
    Establish a warm and friendly rapport with our clients. Become their trusted guide throughout the planning process. Embrace their unique love stories and weave their personalities into every aspect of the celebration.

  • Vendor Liaison 
    Act as a liaison between our clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, understanding, and coordination to execute flawless events.  

  • Creative Input:
    Contribute fresh and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, helping to design captivating themes, décor, and details that add enchantment to each event.

  • Logistical Marvel:
    Assist in organizing timelines, schedules, and event logistics to ensure everything flows seamlessly on the big day.  

  • Decor Delight:
    Collaborate with the design team to set up and style venues according to the agreed-upon themes, transforming spaces into breathtaking settings that exceed expectations.

  • Resourceful Problem-Solving:
    Think on your feet and tackle unexpected challenges with a smile, finding swift and effective solutions that maintain the magic and excitement of the day.

  • Anticipation Expert:
    Anticipate our clients' needs, wishes, and desires before they even say a word. From the grand gestures to the tiniest details, you'll ensure that everything is perfectly tailored to their preferences.

  • Tech-Savvy & Efficiency: Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage wedding planning tasks, from tracking vendor contracts to updating event details, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.

Requirements:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in hospitality, administration, or a related field can be a plus.
